Return Policy and Right of Withdrawal

Yes, you can return your order. If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you may return them within 30 days from the date you received your order. For a return to be accepted, the product must include all parts and accessories, and the packaging must be in the same condition as when received. Normal handling is allowed, but damage caused by improper use is not covered. For hygiene reasons, products must be completely clean before being returned. If the product was defective upon arrival, it must be returned. We will provide you with all necessary instructions once you contact customer service regarding your return request. A return will be processed within 7 business days after the item has been received and inspected. If all conditions are met, the return will be officially approved. We reserve the right to deny returns if items appear used, damaged, or incomplete without our responsibility. Return period: 30 days from the delivery date. Refund processing time: 7–10 business days after receiving the returned item. Return shipping: Paid by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

How to Return an Order
If your order meets the conditions above, please send an email to contact@code-america.com and include your CØDE America order number, the reason for the return, a photo of the product (if applicable), and your full name and address. We will reply with the correct return instructions. As the customer, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Cancellation
Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days, provided the contract was not entered into for business or professional purposes. The 14-day withdrawal period begins the day you—or a designated third party—physically receive the last item of your order. We operate with a fully automated system; orders are processed immediately after confirmation. Therefore, cancellation may only be possible before the product ships. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (CØDE America) of your decision with a clear statement (for example, via email). Withdrawal becomes effective only once we have received the returned products. The return shipping method is chosen at the customer’s discretion. Please note: Our products are shipped from our central warehouse, and transit times may vary. If your order is already in transit, cancellation is no longer possible. In that case, we recommend waiting for delivery and then proceeding with a return.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If the contract is withdrawn, we will issue a refund as soon as possible and no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us of your decision and after we have received and inspected the returned products. The refund will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. You will not incur any fees for the refund. Returns must be shipped, at your expense, to our central warehouse in Asia.

Exceptions and Special Cases
Defective or damaged items: If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a free return and offer either a replacement or a full refund.
Incorrect product delivered: If you received the wrong item, please contact us. We will cover all return costs and promptly send the correct product.
Lost packages: If your package does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
